CAN WE CUT INTO THE PIECES?
Some edge cutting can be done but it is very limited (a fee will be charged).
And we are not responsible if the glass breaks during the process (we will offer you a 50% refund).
CAN I ASK FOR HOLES OR OPENINGS?
Holes of 2″ or less are not a problem (a fee will be charged).
Openings are too much to ask for, in the normal process, they are cut out before fusing.
CAN THE SLICES BE POLISHED?
Many pieces have all their edges already polished, otherwise natural edges can be polished for a fee.
WHAT ARE THE CHARACTERISTICS THAT CANNOT BE CHANGED?
The color, thickness and texture of the glass cannot be changed.
WHY ARE THESE PIECES ON CLEARANCE?
Mainly these pieces have been part of 10 years of R&D, firing, glass and polishing tests.
Bad measurements, texture or production errors…
Texture or surface defects from very slight to more pronounced…
But all parts are safe without structural defects.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
By check or bank transfer.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, as long as the order has not been sent. A fee of 35% will be retained if the polishing and cleaning work is done.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes, by contacting us according to the stage of the piece.
